I find all your doctor and nurses efficient, kind, friendly and compassionate. Sometimes it is hard to get an appointment booked as your lines are really busy from 8 am awards- but T B H. I think even this is managed get seen when I need to.

Receptionist to be less high handed and self important with patient. My own doctor is great , to mail without mentioning names.
